Deputy Manager, Accounts Recievable -Finance| Gurugram

Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Receivables Specialist. This is a completely new role being introduced for the first time in C&W India. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in streamlining and enhancing our accounts receivables (AR) process. By proactively engaging with brokers and annuity business teams, the Specialist will ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments, improve cash flow, and provide clear and transparent reporting on collection activities.

About the Role:

  • Daily followup with sales team on outstanding Invoices.
  • Manage and reconcile accounts receivable ledger.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments and application of cash.
  • Reconcile complex accounts and resolve discrepancies.
  • Reconcile TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) records with the Form 26AS to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Excel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
